Year 3 Enjoy Ancient Rome Activity Day
Pupils in Year 3 rounded off their ‘Romans’ history topic with an Ancient Rome-themed day of fun activities.
In the morning, the children worked in teams to hunt for Roman town names in a Geography challenge, crack a code using Roman numerals, build a Roman temple out of Lego and even had a toga tying race.
In the afternoon, the children showcased their wonderful ‘Roman Villa for Sale’ Google Slides and rounded off the day with a Roman Banquet… they certainly enjoyed being waited on by their teachers!
Well done to Year 3 for getting so enthusiastic about, and involved in, their learning.
