Brass Day with Bones Apart
55 Trombonists aged between 9 and 81 gathered in Wells for the British Trombone Society Day featuring the amazing trombone quartet Bones Apart. Participants took part in small ensembles, Lotto Lessons, a masterclass featuring some of the Wells trombone pupils, and a grand finale featuring all the trombones together. It was truly wonderful to see so many enthusiastic trombone players of all ages making music together, and huge thanks to Conn-Selmer for their financial support, and to John Packer Ltd for providing a trade stand.
