OW celebrates places at Drama School and NYT
Drama Scholar OW Clemmie Macfarlane (2022) successfully auditioned for one of only 22 places on the BA (Hons) Acting for Stage and Screen at the UK’s newest drama school, the innovative Bristol School of Acting (BSA). She will become part of an acting company in training, resident at Bristol’s Tobacco Factory Theatres, the first of its kind in the country, with Spotlight and Graduate Equity membership in the final year.
Clemmie also successfully auditioned for the highly competitive National Youth Theatre (NYT), whose notable alumni includes Dame Helen Mirren, Daniel Craig and Orlando Bloom, and as an NYT member will have opportunities to work with some of the UK’s leading professional theatre directors, writers and producers.
