Seminar for Music and Sports Specialists

We were delighted to hold our first seminar for both Music and Sports Specialists on Monday 2nd October and welcomed tennis coach Kevin Durney who led the session.

Kevin is currently developing his PhD in ‘Thriving’, looking at how to achieve high-level performance from a mental health as well as physical health perspective.

Our Specialists played ice-breaker games and took part in discussions in what we hope will be the first of many crossover sessions between Sport and Music!
