Injury prevention and rehabilitation talk

The Sports Department presented the first of a series of lectures designed to be beneficial to all those participating in sport, physical activity or performing at a high level.

Sport scholars, Music specialists and other interested pupils attended an ‘Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation’ talk in Cedars Hall, hosted by the School Sports staff and some of our senior Sports Scholars.

Mr Webley, Director of Sport, commented; “It was a really good evening on what is a hugely important topic. It was fantastic to see so many pupils attend and learn about methods of preventing and recovering from injuries.”
