French Christmas box
Returning from their Christmas break, pupils in Year 8 were delighted to receive a special festive box sent by a French school.
Mrs Alabiso paired the classes and assisted the Wells group with preparation of a British Christmas box containing traditional goodies such as crisps, biscuits, sweets and chocolate alongside English magazines, leaflets from local tourist spots and School brochures. The pupils wrote Christmas cards in both English and French to introduce themselves, and received cards from their French peers accompanied by handmade crackers containing a dazzling array of French sweets.
