Pre-Prep assemblies: from farms to fossils!
The Pre-Prep enjoyed assemblies from two special visitors!
OW Tom Gay, AKA ‘Farmer Tom’, came to share stories with the children in a talk about life on the farm. Following a series of interesting photos and lots of questions from the children, there was an opportunity to taste samples of milk from Farmer Tom’s dairy cows.
The next day, they had a visit from Geology teacher Mr Rowley. Mr Rowley always brings excitement and they were thrilled to see so many awesome artefacts and fossils – and even a trail of dinosaur footprints outside Pre-Prep!
