Tilly selected to represent Hockey Wales U18s in upcoming Euros
Tilly M (Lower Sixth) has been selected to represent the Hockey Wales U18 team, making the final squad of 26. This will mean lots of training, camps and a series against other nations in preparation for the Euros which will take place in the summer.
Mr Mayes, Head of Hockey, comments, “This is a great achievement and marks Tilly’s second year in the programme. It’s particularly impressive given she is in the Lower Sixth, and I’m really pleased with the way she’s been able to combine her international commitments with playing top level national league Hockey for Firebrands. We’re so excited to see what the next 18 months holds for her Hockey with Wales.”
