Lillia-Rose’s masterclass at the Royal College of Music
On Friday 14th February, Lillia-Rose P (Lower Sixth) was very fortunate to attend a masterclass with Sarah Willis, a horn player in the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, at the Royal College of Music. Sarah is one of her foremost role models and the very reason she plays the French horn! She found the experience incredibly inspirational.
Ross Brown, Head of Brass, comments, “They say you should never meet your heroes, but I’m delighted that Lillia-Rose was able to attend the Royal College of Music for a day of masterclasses with Sarah Willis, horn player in the famous Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. Sarah is an incredibly inspiring role model for all things French horn, and this will have been a wonderfully memorable experience!”
