Our Junior School Scholarships recognise pupils for current ability and potential in academics and in at least one other key area (music, drama, art, sport and dance). To be eligible, pupils need to:

  • Be in Year 3 in September 2020
  • Be able to demonstrate their abilities
  • Be dedicated to making the most of their talents.


Recipients will receive 15% off of their school fees as well as additional enrichment opportunities in their key area(s). The Scholarship will be automatically renewed each year until the end of Year 6 at which point recipients will be encouraged to apply for one of our Senior School Scholarships.

How to apply

To apply, you need to submit the application form below as well as send the following supporting information to [email protected] by 9.00am on Monday 1 June (for our first Scholarships Day), or 9.00am on Monday 22 June (for our second Scholarships Day).

  • A reference from your current school*
  • A reference from a coach/teacher in your key area(s)*
  • Any relevant certificates (e.g. in sport, music, dance, music theatre etc)
  • Photos and videos demonstrating your child’s abilities. Please include past performances if possible, but you can also use the time in isolation to take photos and videos of your child practising their key areas!

*If you are unable to get a reference due to the current situation with Covid-19, please contact us on 01749 834441, and we will come up with a suitable alternative.

We will contact you to arrange a time for a virtual interview for one of our two Junior School Scholarship Days on Thursday 4 June and Wednesday 24 June.
